This project look very interesting for us like as an architect. Project 05 shows us how to draw layout plan on the site of previous project - Project 04.

Following Project 05,
Students are divided into three small groups of 7 or 8 members. Each small group should refer to the Proposal of Development Report or Laporan Cadangan Pemajuan (LCP) in Malay from the Project 04 to produce a layout plan for each small group and produce three alternatives proposal layout plan. The Layout Plan must be in size A1 and A3 as a blueprint to include in existing LCP with additional information.

Each small group should produce a layout plan for proposal housing development. The proposals should take into account the concept and idea development, and contain the following details:

  1. 233 units of Terrace House (Area: 20' x 65'),
  2. Multipurpose Hall,
  3. Kindergarten & Nursery,
  4. Commercial (4 units of Shops & 4 units of Food Court),
