PROJECT 01 : IDEAS_SKETCHES, DRAWING - DESIGN

The first project of RUS106 session 2011/2012 introduce us about CREATIVE Graphic Information Board. Thus, we, design students, need to produce Graphic Information Board with elements of promotion of Penang Tourism. Besides that, the Graphic Information Board should be refer as shown below to select free and creative of fonts.

Plus, the Graphic Elements should have to be creative to describe or showing Penang Tourism. The Images of Penang should be in rendering sketches. Sizes and positions of rendering sketches are as shown as above.

At first, my group is Group 1, thus our Group Studiomasters had discuss about this project. They had advise how we can produce Graphic Information Board so that tourist attract on information board. 

Then, I must draw a rough sketch first before I can draw on A1 size paper. That may take a long hour to draw on A1 size paper. 

Sketch on A3 size paper or Sketch Book. This one important to show for Studiomasters to discuss any suggest to change or add something.

In my concept for this project is colorful of Penang. I want to add some meaning in big picture to attract tourist go to Penang. Tourist will feel excite when see any information of images. Thus, must have colorful on images. 

"More is less. Less is more"

Prepare A1 size paper. Sketch the line on A1 size paper.

Draw.

Draw and produce "highlight images" using pen technical.

Welcome back to new RUS106 Design Studio, Semester 2, Session 2011/2012

"A START NEW BEGINNING LIFE"

Hi, welcome back see my blogspot again too. I would like to introduce about this studio. This studio is RUS106, Design Studio which subject or code for design students (Architecture, Interior Design, and Planning) while RUS105, Integrated Studio II for non-design students (Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Building Technology, and Construction Management). That one a start new beginning as a design student. Last semester was RUS104, Integrated Studio I, which for mixture of design and non-design students. Again, one challenge in my life. No easy way to success as you hardworking unless if you have wisdom mind.
